What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in, the dates you give us, any message you write, and the list of equipment you asked about. That is all. There is no account to create and no payment taken on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote a price and arrange the hire. We do not sell it, share it with anyone else, or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of what was asked for. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your basket

The list you build before sending an enquiry is stored in your own browser, not on our server. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the site get a sign-in cookie, which is only used to keep them signed in.
